Having 8+ years Shopify Plus experience, I focus on e-commerce development & strategy with a holistic approach to conversion rate optimisation. I ensure merchants get clarity on their numbers & give them the confidence to scale profitably!
This is achieved by viewing the entire customer viewpoint and lifecycle through acquisition, conversion, retention, a/b testing, optimising and continuous improvement! Understanding the fundamentals of ecommerce and doubling down on them are the keys to success.

Many merchants get burned & waste tonnes of cash working with agencies where you are just a number in a pump & dump environment working with junior or outsourced resources, receiving little to no value.
